Craine Air Conditioning replaced a 55-year-old, 40-ton Governair R-22 rooftop unit with a new JCI 40-ton R-454B system. The project included structural steel reinforcement, new gas piping, custom ductwork, and electrical upgrades, providing the building with a modern and efficient HVAC solution.
